Also, we will be meeting Devins house on October 9th (9:00-9:30am—however long you can stay) and October 10th (same times as the 9th) to construct some necessary items (such as the Pendulum, Cave, etc.). Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated, whether collecting materials, or constructing the remaining pieces to our trail.
Don't forget the next meeting will be the Monday (October 18th) prior to Haunted Forest (October 23rd).
We will be at Markham Park the night before Haunted Forest to set up whatever we need to as well as making the actual trail for our theme. Any time between 5:30pm 'til we ask you to leave will be fine. ($15 for fellowship and food for the whole weekend, we are asked to not camp out, but if you have no other options, you may camp out). As for the day of Haunted Forest, we will need people to start getting there early (9:00am-ish) to help set up whatever is left to set up.
It is crucial to have a large number of you brothers helping set up.
Congratulations to our new officers:
Chapter Chief – Robert S
1st Vice Chief – Noah C
2nd Vice Chief – Devin R

Elangomat Chair – Jose Q Jr.
