The Annual O.A. Haunted Forest.
at Camp Elmore

Saturday October 20th, 2018
5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Trail starts at 7:30 pm and closes at 10:00 pm.
Open to everyone in and out of Scouting.

2018 Haunted Forest Staff Meals and Brotherhood Conversion

Register for the Haunted Forest Staff Meals - October 20-22 - at:

Any brother or volunteer may register for the Fellowship, but you must register online by October 12th.
THERE IS NO ONSITE REGISTRATION!)

Registration costs - $20 (includes fellowship, food and staff patch.)

Location - Camp Elmore, 3551 SW 142nd Ave, Davie, FL 33331 (US).

 

NEW!!!! If you went through your ordeal in January 2018 or before, you can seal your ties in Brotherhood at the Haunted Forest on Friday night.

Brotherhood Conversion Registration does not include the Fellowhip. If you are coming for both, you must register for both!

2018 Fall Ordeal

Ordeal dates are September 14-16, 2018.

Annual Dues

Your 2018 Annual Dues must be paid in order to attend the event unless you are a New Member attending your first Ordeal.

Dues may be paid at the time of registration for 1 year at $17 or 5 years at $55.

 

2018 Summer Ordeal

Ordeal dates are June 1-3, 2018.

On-Site / Walk-Up Registration

Ordeal Candidates $45 includes food

Members $12 - no food

Brotherhood Candidates $30 - no food

Youth may not leave camp to get food, but food may be delivered to them, or ordered for delivery from a local vendor.

2018 Winter Ordeal and Annual Pass

Ordeal dates are January 12-14, 2018.

There is an additional $10 fee for on-site registrations for Ordeal Candidates and $20 for all other attendees.

 

Annual Pass Options

The Annual Pass includes registration for the Winter Ordeal, Lodge Banquet, Summer Ordeal, Fall Ordeal and Haunted Forest Fellowship for $100. On-time registration for each of these events would normally be $116. This pass is only available when registering for the 2018 Winter Ordeal. The Annual Pass does NOT include Annual Dues or Section events (Section Summit and Section Conference). If you do not attend an event, there are no refunds for the event. Your fees for that event will be donated to the Lodge. The Annual Pass does guarantee that you will receive the event patch.
